Microsoft files suit to defend Visual Studio users

In a new lawsuit, Microsoft asks a San Francisco court to declare invalid several patents assigned to an online transactions company in hopes of defending customers who have been sued by the patent holder, WebXchange.

Notebook sales drop

According to a report from FBR Research, notebook shipments have slowed down even more than we thought they had. According to the report, Dell and Lenovo suffered greater drops, and HP and Acer did slightly better than expected.

100,000 laptop batteries are recalled by laptop manufacters by HP,dell,sony,toshiba.They are reported overheating, including 17 reports of flames and fire. Fujitsu Ltd recalls 287,000 laptop batteries that are at risk of overheating or catching fire.
